ESG Benchmark Group was established in 2022. Our founders experienced first-hand the challenges of running a smaller business while needing to prove their sustainability credentials to clients and other stakeholders. It is often a time consuming and repetitive process as small businesses rarely have dedicated resources available with so many other competing priorities.
Our ESG solutions, resolve this problem, while ensuring embracing ESG and sustainability is available to organisations of all sizes.

Our mission is to help organisations benchmark their ESG credentials against global standards and local legislation — turning good intentions into evidenced, verifiable action. That means supporting businesses to build sustainable operational models that respect the natural world and society and then apply that same rigour throughout their wider supply chain.
Practicing what we assess.
We hold ourselves to the same standard we ask of our clients. Our own operating model is low-carbon by design — the majority of assessor audits are conducted virtually, using conferencing technology to reduce travel miles and the carbon footprint that comes with them.
ESG Benchmark Group is committed supporter of the UN Global Compact and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Frustrated by the pace of national leadership on climate action, we believe SMEs have a critical role to play — and we’re backing that belief with partnerships with charities and organisations who share our drive for change, currently focused on tackling homelessness, which touches on poverty, wellbeing and human rights, and on re-establishing wildlife corridors and rewilding, which supports biodiversity and climate action.
